•All bookings are prepaid and non-refundable.

•Rescheduling is allowed once only, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability.

•Clients must adhere to their booking time; late arrivals will not extend the session.

•Moving or adjusting any décor or equipment is strictly prohibited except by studio staff.

•Clients are responsible for any damages caused by misuse.

•Smoking and bringing food into the studio are prohibited; clients must maintain cleanliness.

•The studio reserves the right to cancel any booking if these terms are violated.
